Ballet-lates december

Join us in studio to practice Ballet-lates led by the wonderful Christie Seaver on Monday December 11, from 12.00 - 1.30pm.

Ballet-lates builds strength, grace and a sense of belonging for people who have always wanted to dance. Each class begins with a Pilates-inspired warm up followed by simple steps at the barre followed by a sequence inspired by an actual ballet, all set to classical music.
