KUNDALINI YOGA

One of the distinguishing features of Kundalini Yoga is its focus on unlocking and releasing physical, mental, and emotional blocks that may be holding you back.

Through the practice of various kriyas (sets of exercises), these blocks are addressed, allowing energy to flow freely throughout the body. This process can lead to a heightened sense of vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
